"It's not often you find someone as well-rounded as Michelle. She's friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable, and knows her job well. When looking at a property, she'll give you an excellent idea of how feasible it can be for you. When in the closing phase, she's on top of everything to make sure no problems come back to you. We had issues with property #'s, taxes, and frontage fees for city water installation, and not once did I have to talk to the city/county/homeowner to get the issues resolved. And if she has a recommendation for inspections, repairs, brokers, et al, strongly consider them, as she's highly discriminate on who she'll recommend; I witnessed her turning down my inspector's request for a recommendation based on a couple of small things he said/did that she didn't like from experience with other inspectors. In short, her recommendation list is a very short, cream of the crop list. Negotiation is a strong point. Ours was a buy-owner experience with a seller who was very anti-realtor, and she still got him to accept her representation of us, and get him to pay for it."
